Tech impaired! Help

I'm busy trying to figure out how to link my blog to facebook. Any hints?

    If you still need help on this here it is (just ignore it if you know it now)
    1. Click on to 'settings' on the top menu bar.
    2. Click on 'Application Setting'
    3. Choose 'Networked blogs'
